The first IAB Meeting of the CARTA IUCRC center included presentations by the NSF Program Director, Center and Site Directors and Potential Industry Members. It also included proposal presentations by PIs from all centers.

Continental Breakfast, Lunch and reception happy hour will be provided on November 1. Breakfast and Boxed lunch will be provided on November 2.

The building for the meetings and events is the UMBC Library which is map location D5. The parking garage closest to the Library is the Walker Avenue Garage, map location D5.
Parking
The visitors will park in paid parking spaces and use the code to get a receipt from the parking machine, they need to place the receipt on their dashboard.
VISITOR GUEST CODE INSTRUCTIONS – PLEASE FOLLOW THE PROMPTS ON THE PAY STATION
- Press any key on the Pay Station
- Select ‘2’ for Guest Code
- Enter your vehicle license plate (include all letters and numbers on the plate), then enter the 8-digit guest code and press OK. The system will record the plate number and immediately issue a virtual parking pass. It is important that your license plate information is entered correctly (include all letters and numbers on the plate) or you may be subject to a citation. Being as that your license plate will provide all proof of payment as the LPR vehicle goes around scanning plates
- Park in any posted ‘Pay to Park’ space
